SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICY

All Items ordered from cactilicious.com.au are sent ‘sign to receive’ with tracking, tracking numbers are retained by cactilicious for up to 1 calendar month from your order date. Items are packaged securely and addressed clearly to ensure safe and speedy delivery. In the unlikely event your order is not delivered please use the contact form send us a message and we will assist you to the best of our ability by supplying you with your tracking number and assisting you with a claim to Australia post. Tracking for international orders is only available if you have purchased the International Registered Post option at checkout.
Replacements/Refunds are only eligible to the affected product when the wrong product is supplied.
Replacements and refunds are not applicable
- if your items arrived damaged due to mishandling by Australia post or International postage service
- If your items go missing or are seized by any postage or biosecurity service
- if a change of mind by the customer
- for discount or coupon codes – digital or physical.
Order at your own risk, it is your responsibility to know and be aware of your countries biosecurity and import laws.
All items need to be carefully inspected and checked that it matches the product ordered within 48 hours of delivery (time signed or time delivered when authority to leave is given) for warranty claims to be made via communication in our contact us page. Any item that has been used or not in its original unused condition is void of all warranty and seen as user mishandling if damaged.
All warranty claims must provide photographic or video proof of damages within 48 hours of a claim being made.
For items to be eligible for review they must be in their original and unused condition as per delivery. Any items used are void of all warranties as they have been deemed to be free of defect prior to usage. The warranty claim process will be conducted in a timely fashion as soon as possible with a requirement that buyers be able to provide information and support of claim such as proof of purchase, photos and/or videos of defect or damages and possibly return postage of the item for further inspection within a 48 hours of being requested.
All claims will be treated on a case by case basis.
Items not included in the refund policy are, A) A change of mind by the customer, B) Items with stated defects or flaws, C) Damage by accidental or deliberate mishandling, D) Discount or coupon codes digital or physical.
REVIEW PROCESS –
Once your return or evidence of damages is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your your return or documents. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Any item sold and deemed to be eligible for a refund or exchange will be at the value of the item purchased at.
If your product is eligible for return you will be provided with a return postage address from us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for a return to us and or a replacement or exchange to you to be received is subject to the third party courier/delivery network.
Customers sending items by return mail are fully responsible for item damage and or misplaced or lost delivery and as such will have no claim for a refund or warranty.
